WHY FISH WITH A CUSTOM BUILT ROD...

There are many reasons to choose custom built over store bought fishing rods. As an avid fisherman and a professional chef I have come to rely on the right tool for the job. In the kitchen that tool is your knives, on the water that tool is a FISHBLADE CUSTOM BUILT ROD. Store bought rods are produced for the masses with an emphasis on profits so most of your money goes to the retailer, when you purchase a FISHBLADE CUSTOM ROD your money goes to "top of the line" components and precision craftsmanship. Each custom rod we build is designed with weight, performance and balance as our ultimate goals. We aim to build the lightest, strongest, and most sensitive rods on the market. We proudly offer a variety of industry leading rod blanks including Northfork Composite blanks by the legendary Gary Loomis, made in Woodland, Washington. "When you can feel more fish and what is happening below the water's surface you can catch more fish."  Each rod is handcrafted with the latest

innovations and technology in the Land of 10,000 Lakes.

"From the tip to the grip" our attention to detail is unmatched, making

pricing...

Since each custom rod we craft is unique and different, we are unable to provide a standard price list.

The cost of the finished rod reflects the cost of the rod blank, the components selected to your

specifications, and the cost of any additional aesthetics.

A FISHBLADE Custom Rod will start at about $150 and up for an ice rod and about $300

and up for open water rods.

Tell us your "wish list" and we will provide a firm quote. All pricing will be agreed upon

by both parties before the build process begins. A 50% deposit will be required to start your build

and the balance will be due upon completion.

When your rod is shipped, you will receive a description of every detail about your rod’s construction.
